Founded in 1986 as a high-volume print solutions provider, IPEX Group has evolved into a leading player in IT-driven document management. With three sites in Belgium (Sint-Renelde, Herstal, and Kontich) and one in the Netherlands (Weert), we operate with a dedicated team of more than 130 employees.

We process, personalize, and deliver transactional and promotional documents, and manage industrial labels. By combining paper and digital, we create efficient multichannel strategies tailored to the needs of our clients.

What we do

We provide secure and personalized solutions for data exchange, through the generation and processing of documents and labels with variable content. Our focus is on speed, traceability, and sustainability within a flexible and innovative framework. With 200+ output channels, our own in-house R&D lab, and a strong IT team (with 25% of our staff working in IT), we deliver end-to-end solutions that optimize your entire document flow — from input to output.
